Cancellation & return policy
At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person. In case the box looks damaged or tempered with, please do not take the delivery of the product. Email us immediately.
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- It would only be cancelled if the package has not been handled to the courier company already.
- If cancellation is agreed, the refund will be processed within 2 days. It may take 7-10 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Due to hygiene issues returns would not be accepted after delivery.
Returns would be accepted only if
- Received item(s) in poor, damaged or mutilated condition or.
- Received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us.
In order to get full refund or exchange, please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within Seven (7) days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end.
All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be initially taken care by you. Please keep the shipping receipt. In case, your return is accepted, we would refund the amount to you.
Once we receive the product, it would go through a quality check and after its successful completion, we would either send you the correct product or we would refund you the full amount, including the return shipment cost. We would ask you for the return shipment receipt in this case.
In case the product doesn’t pass the quality check, no money would be refunded. The item(s) would be shipped back to you and the shipping cost would be charged to your account.
Also, the processing of exchanges is subject to the availability of the stock and your address being serviceable for an exchange. Please note that an exchange can be processed only with the correct proper you originally ordered.
Gift cards, personalised products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
