✅ You are a teamplayer, proactive and motivated and do not need micromanagement.

⛔ Must not to be Politically involved/active anywhere.

⛔ Must not be another group owner/admin/moderator

⛔ Must not have near future plan of opening a group

⛔ Must not be a business owner

⛔ Must not have an active youtube channel

PLUS

✅ Kind hearted, soft spoken, patient, honest, empathetic and cool minded

✅ Practical, analytical, strong and can take stand where it's necessary

✅ Highly reliable, loyal and a team player

✅ Responsible and won't disappear from time-to-time

✅ You take initiatives keeping the guidelines in mind. But you do not have to be micromanaged.

✅ Can keep confidentiality
