CLEANING & SHAPE MAINTENANCE
FREQUENCY
It is advisable to clean your blender after each application. If not possible, then at least once a week is absolutely necessary. This is for your personal use.
If you are using the blender on others, then it’s very much needed that you clean it after each use. It’s not hygienic otherwise and can cause serious skin problems later on.
CLEANING TIPS
Step 1: Soak.
Take lukewarm water in a bowl. Mix a bit of mild soap and coconut oil in 4:1 ratio approximately. Mix it well to have a oily soapy solution. Now wet the dirty sponge into this solution. Let it soak for a few minutes. Get it out few times, squeeze and then put it back. Do this 3-4 times before moving on to the next step.
Step 2: Scrub.
Rub gently your sponge into a mild soap bar, paying special attention to the areas with deep stains. Once you have a lather going, use your fingers to massage the soap deeper into the sponge.
Step 3: Rinse.
Once the sponge starts oozing old makeup, run it under clean water to rinse. Give it a couple of squeezes to wash out all the soap. Set aside to dry.
Step 4: Dry
Place the sponge in a sunny and airy place to dry naturally.
